At IES Preservation, we are able to assist you with the application process for both the National Register of Historic Places and Texas Historic Landmarks. Listing on the National Register on the Texas Historic Landmarks provides public recognition of the structure deemed to have significant architectural merit, protection against federal actions through the Section 106 process, access to grants for historically significant buildings, as well as tax incentives for building improvements.

On a larger scale, we are also able to survey for potential historic resources within a certain boundary for historic district surveys.
